Why we want to do Fishbone diagram? Honestly, I don't understand what is that at all... never heard of it. After i did some research and i try to do it, this diagram is really helpful for the project because easy to identify the problems. From this diagram, we just proceed to the next level according to the problems.

Easy, fishbone diagram is a problem detector for the project.

Fish Bone Analysis

1. Environment
- English as second language
- Lack of speaking English among family, relatives or friends

The main language of this country is Malay Language, so most of the Malaysia seldom practice with English in their daily life especially rural area. Beside that, lack of communication in English between family, relatives and friends cause students poor in English Language. Most of the family using their mother tongue language to communicate.

2. Cultural
- Multi Languages country
- Different language and different ways to learn

Living in multi racial country is living in the multi languages country. English automatically not a popular language to use. Every race with their own mother tounge language, and everyone especially kids will learn differently from their own family.

3. Education System
- Lack of experienced teachers
- Lack of interactive learning
- Confusing education system

Since Malay is our first language, most of the teacher not able to communicate and teach in english. Beside that, traditional way of teaching a bit of outdated and boring for the new generation kids. They need something very interactive and able to attract them to study. Malaysia's education system also cause a major problem. They switched from Malay to English then back to Malay Language for Math and Science subjects. This will make all the student confused with their study. Students might can't fullfill the international recognation in the future.

4. Motivation
- Lack of trust from the adults
- Lack of reading and speaking English among kids

Malaysian always lack of trust to the kids because they still young and lack of experiences. Adults always protect the kids and not allow them to independent. Beside that, lack of motivation for the kids to spenk in english among of them also one of the major problem. Kids are genius, they learn very fast from formal and informal way.
